Collect-A-Con Logo / Trademark

Collect-A-Con™ and the Collect-A-Con™ logo are trademarks filed with the United States Patent and Trademark office.  Any use of the Collect-A-Con™ logo on printed or digital materials MUST be approved by the Collect-A-Con team prior to being printed or promoted.  Collect-A-Con™ reserves the right to cancel and refund exhibitors/vendors and discharge any individual from the event should a violation of these policies be reported or suspected.

Safety Policies

Collect-A-Con is dedicated to providing a safe place where fans and collectors can enjoy a memorable experience.

Safety, security and a respectful environment with zero tolerance for misbehavior are priority to the show. 

We do not tolerate violence, mistreatment, or any type of harassment towards sponsors, staff, exhibitors, guests, or attendees at any of our events or prior to our events via social media platforms and/or discord groups.

Collect-A-Con strongly believes that all attendees, exhibitors, and staff should be treated with dignity and respect. Acts of violence or sexual harassment will not be tolerated. Any instances of violence or sexual harassment must be reported to the security office or security guard immediately. Show Management will promptly respond to any incident or suggestion of violence or sexual harassment. Collect-A-Con does not expect employees to become experts in psychology or to physically subdue a threatening individual.

Collect-A-Con specifically discourages attendees, exhibitors, and staff from engaging in any physical confrontation with a violent or potentially violent individual. Threats, threatening language, or any other acts of aggressions, violence or sexual harassment made toward or by any sponsor/attendee/exhibitor/staff will NOT be tolerated both prior and during event dates. For purposes of this policy, a threat includes but is not limited to any verbal or physical harassment or abuse, attempts at intimidating or instilling fear in others, menacing gestures, flashing of weapons, stalking, or any other hostile, aggressive, injurious and /or destructive actions undertaken for the purpose of domination or intimidation, this also includes aggressive and/or harassing behavior through social media platforms and discord groups. Collect-A-Con expressly prohibits any acts or threats of violence or sexual harassment by any attendee, exhibitor, or staff against another in or around the convention facilities or elsewhere at any time. Collect-A-Con reserves the right to cancel and refund exhibitors/vendors and discharge any individual from the event should a violation of these policies be reported or suspected.

VENDOR / EXHIBITOR DISCHARGE POLICY

Collect-A-Con reserves the right to refuse or revoke any exhibitors/vendors at its discretion at any time for any reason.

There is a limit of two full islands per company and or individual. The resale of tables is strictly prohibited and may result in a fine, cancellation and forfeiture of payment.

Refunds for vendor / exhibitor tables will not be issued if you cancel less than 30 days prior to show.

Vendor Table Orders include the listed number of tables and ONLY that amount.  Any vendor using additional Collect-A-Con tables that are not included in their order will be charged an additional $150 per table at the time of the show. 

Vendors are NOT allowed to set up beyond their designated area.

Vendors are NOT allowed to bring in or promote their own celebrities / voice actors at their tables without prior approval from Collect-A-Con. All requests for vendors to bring in their own talent must be made 30 days before event. Please send all requests to info@collectaconusa.com

LEGAL COMPLIANCE

Exhibitors must comply with all local, state, and federal laws. Exhibitors will not hold management liable for any breaches, losses, or damage to themselves or their property. All exhibitors agree to hold blameless Collect-A-Con™, LLC management, staff members, sponsors, partners, and workers against any loss, damage, theft, expenses, claims, or actions arising from any personal or property damage, loss, or theft due to said exhibitors’ participation in Collect-A-Con™. State tax is the responsibility of the exhibitor/artist/vendor to collect according to state laws.
