Table Booking Information
- Food & Drink Vendors are NOT permitted
- See table / section sizes on floorplan
- Select number of tables you would like to purchase and proceed to checkout
- Please request your preferred section & table numbers in the notes section upon payment
- You will receive an email confirmation with your receipt of purchase
- You will receive a 2nd email within 48 hours with your assigned section/table numbers
- Vendor Packet, Credentials, and Badges will be distributed during set-up on Friday, Feb. 24th
- You will receive an email with set-up instructions 10 days prior to the event
- Set-Up will be on Friday, Feb. 24th from 10:00am – 7:00pm
- Set-Up will be divided into 4 times, and you will be notified with your assigned time frame
- Collect-A-Con (Orlando, FL) will be in the WEST WING of the convention center in hall WB-4
- You will receive detailed directions and and instructions on how to get to the loading dock
