Reserve a Vendor Table

Table Booking Information
- There is a maximum per company or individual of two full islands
- Food & Drink Vendors are NOT permitted
- Anime posters & wall art is allowed
- The resale of tables is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation and forfeiture of payment.
- Order includes the listed number of tables and ONLY that amount. Any vendor using additional Collect-A-Con tables that are not included in their order will be charged an additional $150 per table at the time of the show.
- Vendors are NOT allowed to set up beyond their designated area.
- Vendors are NOT allowed to bring in or promote their own celebrities / voice actors at their tables without prior approval from Collect-A-Con. All requests for vendors to bring in their own talent must be made 30 days before event. Please send all requests to info@collectaconusa.com
- See table / section sizes on floorplan
- Select number of tables you would like to purchase and proceed to checkout
- You will receive an email within 7 days with your assigned section/table numbers
- Vendor Packet, Credentials, and Badges will be distributed during set-up on Friday
- You will receive an email with set-up instructions 10 days prior to the event
- Set-Up will be on Friday from 10:00am – 7:00pm
- You will receive detailed directions and instructions on how to get to the loading dock
