Table Booking Information
  • Food & Drink Vendors are NOT permitted
  • See table / section sizes on floorplan
  • Select number of tables you would like to purchase and proceed to checkout
  • Please request your preferred section & table numbers in the notes section upon payment
  • You will receive an email confirmation with your receipt of purchase
  • You will receive a 2nd email within 48 hours with your assigned section/table numbers
  • Vendor Packet, Credentials, and Badges will be distributed during set-up on Friday, May 5th
Table Set-Up Information
  • You will receive an email with set-up instructions 10 days prior to the event
  • Set-Up will be on Friday, May 5th from 10:00am – 7:00pm
  • Set-Up will be divided into 4 times, and you will be notified with your assigned time frame
  • You will receive detailed directions and and instructions on how to get to the loading dock
