Table Booking Information
- Food & Drink Vendors are NOT permitted
- ACRYLIC ANIME POSTERS & ACRYLIC WALL ART IS NOT ALLOWED
- Non-acrylic anime posters & wall art is allowed
- The resale of tables is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation and forfeiture of payment.
- See table / section sizes on floorplan
- Select number of tables you would like to purchase and proceed to checkout
- Please request your preferred section & table numbers in the notes section upon payment
- You will receive an email confirmation with your receipt of purchase
- You will receive a 2nd email within 48 hours with your assigned section/table numbers
- Vendor Packet, Credentials, and Badges will be distributed during set-up on Friday
- Vendor must have 80% product for sports (cards & memorabilia)
- Non-sports vendors can NOT book tables in the sports card zone
- If you have any questions please call (214) 617-4023 before booking
- You will receive an email with set-up instructions 10 days prior to the event
- Set-Up will be on Friday from 10:00am – 7:00pm
- You will receive detailed directions and instructions on how to get to the loading dock
