HALL A – Reserve a Vendor Table

Table Booking Information
- Food & Drink Vendors are NOT permitted
- Anime posters & wall art is allowed
- The resale of tables is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation and forfeiture of payment.
- Order includes the listed number of tables and ONLY that amount. Vendors caught using Collect-A-Con tables that were not assigned to them will be charged a fine of $150. Example, using a ‘leftover’ Collect-A-Con table from another vendor.
- Vendors are NOT allowed to set up beyond their designated area.
- Tents are not allowed
- See table / section sizes on floorplan
- Select number of tables you would like to purchase and proceed to checkout
- You will receive an email within 7 days with your assigned section/table numbers
- Vendor Packet, Credentials, and Badges will be distributed during set-up on Friday
- Table cancellations must be requested at least 30 days before the event, no exceptions. There is a 10% cancellation fee on all refunded orders.
